Stabilization of maneb group by ethylenediamine and direct-determination by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry

A rapid, low-cost, and selective method for simultaneous direct determination of maneb group residues (containing ethylenebis propylenebis dithiocarbamates) in fruit by liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry was developed validated the current study. The results showed could be melt stabilized 5 v% ethylenediamine 60 days keeping conventional refrigerators, which a stable ionizable pentadentate ligand complex considered formed bidentate diamine sulfhydryl followed Density Functional Theory calculation. sensitive quantification limits (0.03 mg/kg), steady recovery (82.1%–91.0%) an excellent precision (2.7%–4.3% RSD). This is applied analyze samples achieved satisfactory results. Therefore, this can proposed as robust analytical fruit, adapted detect other compounds with group.
